INSIGHT CLOUD DASHBOARD DESIGN
I spent 4 years in KPMG's Insight Cloud product team designing web-based survey analysis dashboards. This dashboard product improved the customer satisfaction ratings of our corporate clients. I created sketches, wireframes, user-journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes. I crafted the HTML and CSS of the product. I led the design process in a cross functional agile team. The bespoke branded designs led to successful sales and licenses renewed. I improved the usability and accessibility of the product. I provided evidence based feedback to stakeholders. I designed for well-known clients such as an energy provider, insurance broker and mobile phone provider. See examples of my dashboard designs, below.
The brand names are hidden in the screen shots to provide some client confidentiality. Dummy data is used to protect client data.
