INSIGHT CLOUD DASHBOARD DESIGN
I spent 4 years in KPMG's Insight Cloud product team designing a web-based survey analysis dashboard. This dashboard product was created to improve the customer satisfaction ratings of our corporate clients. I created sketches, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and crafted the HTML and CSS of the product, working in a cross functional team, in an agile environment. The bespoke branded designs led to successful sales and licenses renewed for nationally known clients such as an energy provider, insurance broker and mobile phone provider. The brand names are hidden in the screen shots to provide some client confidentiality, and dummy data is used to protect client data.
