INSIGHT CLOUD SURVEY DESIGN
I worked with various household names on their customer satisfaction survey designs, which provided the data to KPMG's Insight Cloud dashboard product. Customers were invited to fill in the survey by targeted emails. I created the visual designs for both the emails and the surveys. I also built the HTML and CSS of many of the surveys. The brand names are hidden in the screen shots to provide some client confidentiality, and dummy data is used to protect client data.
